I was using this version downloaded on 27th March:

But I didn't get any update available notifications, unless I somehow forgot about them, and when I just checked if updates were available under the Help dropdown list, it kept checking for updates until I got bored and hit cancel, so I checked the sha sums on the download page instead.
Sorry for missing some updated versions! I don't think the stable PM version is affected by this.

We're aware of it. the updater was broken for a little bit. Announcement to follow.

It worked in this version, I got a notification and installed it. I think I read something somewhere about updater problems, but as I download and unpack it I hadn't considered the other implications.
