Text won't display in YouTube search box while using dark themes.

- Text will not display in a YouTube search box when using some dark themes. The text is white in a white search box. I confirmed this bug in PM 28.4.1. This has been confirmed with the Breeze-Dark theme in KDE and Xfce, the Xfce-Dusk theme in Xfce, and the Ambient_MATE_Dark, and Black MATE themes in MATE. The text displays correctly in Firefox 60, and Basilisk.
