XDA forum - login issue

Unread post by biopsin » 2019-03-20, 08:37

Hihi, I'm trying to log into xda forums, but it ain't going so well, I see this in console
Warning: Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://api.xda-developers.com/user. (Reason: CORS header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing).

I don't get this, is this a serverside issue or client?

Edit: sent XDA a notice

I'd say this is a server-side issue.

Jupp, I did. I tried fresh test profile to make sure I didn't have any custom settings interfering..
Are you able to test log in or have a account there?

Thanks Moonchild, I take it up with XDA
