Saying goodbye to windows soon and trying to list everything I will have to do. When I switch Pale Moon versions can I transfer my bookmarks etc..
somehow? should I do it while linux is still on the usb?

You can also try FEBE for a more comprehensive backup of profile information, if you need more than bookmarks. I haven't used it myself, but there have been numerous recommendations for it.
