Amazon Prime Video in Ubuntu?

Unread post by gracious1 » 2018-07-13, 01:38

Is it possible to get Amazon Prime Video to work in Pale Moon for Linux? I see there are solutions for Windows, but so far I have had no success in Ubuntu.

The short answer is no because Linux requires the Widevine plugin to stream Amazon video and it is not included in Pale Moon. However, the Basilisk browser, also produced by the Pale Moon team, does include it and Amazon video works. See http://www.basilisk-browser.org/ and the Basilisk section in this forum.
