Leroy Merlin blank page

Unread postby atat75 » Thu, 05 Jul 2018, 13:10

Blank page (after some seconds of "thinking" and CPU 100%) with home and internal pages (PM 27.9.3 64bit). Ok with Firefox 45.x.x and newest ones...

Works for me with PM 27.9.3 64bit on Win 7. Try accessing the site in PM's safe mode and see if that works for you.

@ atat75

Confirmed for "linux" Pale Moon. I get the same blank page as you do.

I'm using 64 bit linux Pale Moon 27.9.3 running in 64 bit linux Mint 19 (Tara) Xfce.
Linux Mint 19 (Tara) Xfce 64-Bit (Default OS) with 64-Bit linux Pale Moon
Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit (Backup OS) with 32-Bit windows Pale Moon

Just for experimentation purposes, I just switched over to my 64 bit Windows 7 hard drive and the site does render properly with 32 bit windows Pale Moon 27.9.3 so there is something in linux Pale Moon which makes the site show a blank white page.

Maybe Travis can take a look at this and see why the site renders a white blank page using linux Pale Moon, but renders properly with windows Pale Moon.

Not for me.
When using Pale Moon v27.9.3,x64 under Win8.1Pro, I get a white page.

The page loads with Pale Moon v28.0.0b2,x64 though.

There seems to be a CSP problem..

Pale Moon v27.9.3,x64:

Code: Select all

Content Security Policy: Couldn't process unknown directive 'manifest-src'

Pale Moon v28.0.0b2,x64:

Code: Select all

Content Security Policy: Directive ‘child-src’ has been deprecated. Please use directive ‘worker-src’ to control workers, or directive ‘frame-src’ to control frames respectively.

Also, judging from the Console info, it looks like Pale Moon v27.9.3 might try to load the mobile version:

My best guess is a terribly broken framework is being used that does various ua sniffing things (hence the difference between Win/Linux) and other dodgy/broken detection that may pass or fail depending on your configurations.
Hardly anything that is in our power to troubleshoot.

..and since Pale Moon v28 seems to load the page regardlessly, there shouldn't be any reason to either.
