My bookmarks toolbar not showing boomarks

My bookmarks toolbar is not showing bookmarks.

I checked on my toolbar bookmarks and they are there, but not showing on the toolbar.

When I reboot in safe mode, the bookmarks can be seen on the toolbar.

If I disabled all the extensions, the bookmarks do not show up on the toolbar.

So it's not the extensions.

How do I get my bookmarks back on to the toolbar?

Safe Mode does more then just disable extensions, like also disable hardware acceleration.

Or maybe there was a Pref that an extension changed that is not changed back on disabling the extension (or in Safe Mode) that is affecting what you are (not) seeing?
[thinking again, that kind of doesn't make sense, in your situation...]

Safe Mode

Hardware acceleration, theme, or userContent.css, userChrome.css are possibilities to look at.
