Linux Mint 18, 32bit. with Pale Moon Version: 27.7.2 (32-bit)
In Preferences/Tabs/When selecting a new tab, Show:, regardless of what is selected from the dropdown list, none stick and always default to the Blank Pale Moon page. The only workaround I know, was to edit the about:config to the same URL as my Home page, (DuckDuckGo) which then shows up as a Custom URL. I am sure that this is a bug
Bug: New Tab page url doesn't stick Topic is solved
