Problem uploading "JPG" (just "jpg" allowed)

Hello. I'm having problems to upload any file with uppercase extensions, the window opened to choose the images only allows "*jpg, *zip, *png" and so, and the files with uppercase extension are not even shown.

It's happening at Audiokarma.org forum, not in this forum for example, I don't know what's the difference, but in this Palemoon site it works OK.

It's been the same with every version of Palemoon.

I've checked my Firefox browser acts different and I can upload images , the window is totally different, I think it's some preference about the kind of dialog to show in the browser.

Attached both picts: the one showing "JPG" files is from Firefox. The one showing just one "pdf" file is from the latest Palemoon.

I hope there is some easy solution for this.
