Re: "Zoom In" and "Zoom Out" (smaller)
Yes, it's possible (if I understand what you want).
You can do this by editing the zoom value "steps" in about:config.
(I've done this on Windows, hopefully it's no different for Linux.)
The setting that holds the zoom value "steps" is: toolkit.zoomManager.zoomValues
By default it holds 12 comma-separated values where the minimum value is 30% and maximum is 300%.
Here's how the default looks in about:config on my machine: .3,.5,.67,.8,.9,1,1.1,1.2,1.33,1.5,1.7,2,2.4,3
Just copy the whole value from your own setting in about:config to a text document, edit as desired, then paste it back in.

Re: "Zoom In" and "Zoom Out" (smaller)
I just experimented a bit with this. There seem to be maximum (300%) and minimum zoom values (30%). If I try higher or lower values, they will be ignored. (But this is still Palemoon 26.5.0)
My values are these now: .433,.44,.46,.48,.51,.54,.57,.61,.65,.7,.76,.83,.9,1.0,1.1,1.2,1.4,1.7,2,2.5,3
Feels a bit smoother than the original values

You can change the maximum and minimum end range limits with these settings:tlaloc77 wrote:There seem to be maximum (300%) and minimum zoom values (30%). If I try higher or lower values, they will be ignored.
zoom.maxPercent and zoom.minPercent
