Thumbnail on Quickdial page not getting generated

As the title says, thumbnail for this site is not generated and always remains a blank box, no matter how may times the page is visited. The issue is not specific to any Pale Moon version and I do not have this issue with other sites I visit frequently. Nothing looks suspicious with OSNews, so there might be a bug in Pale Moon's thumbnailer program. Of course, I have tried a vanilla profile before posting here.

Site seems to load fine for me using my default profile.
