Cannot Login to Mixer via Microsoft Login

After going to https://mixer.com/ ,clicking login and then "login with microsoft account," nothing shows up in the pop-up box. It's just blank. I have tried doing this with add-ons disabled, but get the same result. I also have https://mixer.com/ whitelisted in Palemoon's pop-up list. Is there another thing I need to change?
