After creating an account on https://developer.pidgin.im/ and trying to load a page on that site, the status bar shows "Performing a TLS handshake to developer.pidgin.im..." and nothing loads.
With PM 27.5.1 on Gentoo Linux 64bit (built using Gentoo’s package, but I also tried the official PM build and it’s the same).
Changing the SSL/TLS options with Pale Moon Commander doesn’t have any effect (e.g. restricting connections to SSL3).
Using --safe-mode also doesn’t help (the page does not load), although the status bar isn’t showing the "Performing TLS handshake" message.

EDIT: ok it’s also not loading in Firefox 52, QupZilla and Otter Browser, so I guess it’s just the site itself that’s broken at the moment…
