Firstly, read this:

Best thing to do is contact that site's administrators and tell them that their useragent sniffing is misidentifying Pale Moon as a mobile browser. Odds are that they're keying in on the "Goanna" slice in the useragent. In the meantime you can set up a Firefox useragent override in about:config (one that does not include the Goanna slice) and that should correct the way the site is displayed in the meantime.
