Hi, Walter Dnes. I'm not familiar with tracker issue at github. I have found an issue in your build. If you try to open at this moment the following site:

https://www.focus.it/

it does not open (firefox does with only a warning) because it says "This website does not supply identity information" when you move the mouse on the luggage near the address (an https issue).

For the record, there's no problem with unstable-win for this site. It does block mixed active content but that's about it.

Site seems to load fine for me with the 64-bit Linux unstable build.

27.6.0a1_170916 (32-bit) works for me on that site. Try the following (write these instructions down first). From a terminal (e.g. xterm) kill all instances of Pale Moon, and start it manually, making sure you start the latest unstable version.
killall palemoon
palemoon https://focus.it

Does it start up, and are there any messages in the terminal? Note that I'm on vacation for a few days starting tomorrow. Anything after this evening will have to wait till Friday evening.
