Hello,
i am using recently PaleMoon and i thank you for it ! It is very nice and fast web browser !... Yet, some sites are not shown correctly, for instance this one :

Is it a bug ? or what is the reason ?...
Thanks for your response and best regards,

Re: the appearance of some sites
It seems to be a mobile representation of the site. If you scroll down and click "papvacances classique" you'll get the normal desktop site.
You may want to contact the website owners that their "mobile detection" is incorrectly tagging Pale Moon as a mobile browser.

Make settings for this site in about:config Type "string"
Name: general.useragent.override.papvacances.fr
Data: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0
or make file user.js in profile folder:

or make file user.js in profile folder:
Code: Select all
user_pref("general.useragent.override.papvacances.fr, "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0");

Re: the appearance of some sites
From what I can see I do not have the problem with the website giving me a "mobile" rendering (do I based on screen-shot?) and I of course have not added a UA Override pref in about:config or made any other modification either (that might impact the rendering) since it's not a website I would use (due to language barrier) anyway.
So I'm curious why I wouldn't get the same "mobile" rendering problem? (assuming the screen-shot is a "normal desktop" rendering of the website which it appears to me to be)Current Pale Moon(x86) Release | WIN10 | I5 CPU, 1.7 GHz, 6GB RAM, 500GB HD[20GB SSD]

Re: the appearance of some sites
What you're getting on that Website is NOT the "normal desktop" rendering. The "papvacances classique" that Moonchild referred to appears at the very bottom of that page. If you click on that, then you will be transferred to the desktop-style page,
Re: the appearance of some sites
PMR: what you get is most certainly a mobile page. Just look at the design?
Here's the normal desktop variety of the same site:
