What about with default MSE settings, except for "media.mediasource.format-reader.mp4" set to false in about:config?

Setting media.mediasource.format-reader.mp4" set to false in about:config makes no difference. It still needs MSE for MP4 video OFF.

Default settings are MSE + MP4 ON.
