How to modify theme?
I am using Pale Moon's default theme on Linux Mint version 18. I was able to edit the Mint-X gtk theme to adjust the width of the scrollbar and add forward and backward steppers that worked for Firefox but Pale Moon does not seem to have that option. How can i make the default theme wider and add the up and down scroll arrows on the scrollbar? Is there already a theme more like XP? Thank you.
