Re: Palemoon 27.0.0.1 crash
Please check if "oxygen-gtk" is used for GTK 2 theme.
It crashes at the timing of menu display.

Re: Palemoon 27.0.0.1 crash
oxygen-dtk doesn't crash PM 27.0.1, but it does crash PM 26.5.0. With 27.0.1, the menus don't display properly. They are transparent and unreadable. This seems to be specific to PM, I haven't yet found any other apps that do this.

This is my problem but it finishes immediately.Zootal wrote:oxygen-dtk doesn't crash PM 27.0.1, but it does crash PM 26.5.0. With 27.0.1, the menus don't display properly. They are transparent and unreadable. This seems to be specific to PM, I haven't yet found any other apps that do this.

Re: Palemoon 27.0.0.1 crash
Both transparent menus and crashes are caused by the same thing. If you have transparent menus, then it may also crash in the future.
This is a known bug in oxygen-gtk (not a bug in Pale Moon!). There is an update available for oxygen-gtk that works around this problem for Pale Moon by adding it to the list of known application that need the workaround in the engine (all mozilla-based applications are affected) but plenty of Linux distros have not yet updated to it.
