Just rerun the commands to download and install the key--that fixes it. The keys are updated in the repo, so you just have to get and install it.

Just in case, one last question:
I have a similar problem with Veracrypt repository.

Yeah...I don't have a clue what the OBS is doing with the keys. If deleting any previously downloaded Release.key files and then reinstalling Veracrypt's from that OBS repo doesn't fix it, it can be worked around by adding
after the "deb" in the start of the source line in the file in /etc/apt/sources.list.d, if you trust me.

Nope! It keeps failing.
This time it can't find veracrypt (although it finds debug package and arm arch related package).
I think for the time being 'll continue to use the official installer.
PS. I tested also the debian testing related repository and works flawlessly (on debian testing)!

I'm on Devuan ASCII x64 KDE (based on Debian Stretch, both stable editions).
I have Veracrypt v.1.23 (latest stable) x64 with GUI), installed via the official installer.
Uninstalling it and downloading the DEB installer from your repository works fine! (so the binary is flawless).
It's just the repository who refuse to work here!
No hint, why this happens.

Pale Moon is updated to 28.3.0 in the repo. The 32-bit versions are done, but the 64-bit are taking a bit longer to be visible as upgrades.
Also added an "Ubuntu_Next" repository, aka 19.04 at the moment.
Manually built Ubuntu Trusty packages have been
uploaded to archive.org. They require gcc-5 for Trusty from the Ubuntu Toolchain PPA:

28.3.1 packages are in the repo for Debian 8, 9, Testing, and Ubuntu 16.04, 18.04, 18.10, and Ubuntu "Next" (19.04)
Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty debs that need gcc-5 from this PPA:

The OBS repo does automatically rebuild the packages from the same source if one or more of the build-dependencies is updated. Most of the other packages in the repo date back to the original upload, Jan. 25, but the 16.04 ones were rebuilt on Feb. 4 for one of those reasons. The Ubuntu updater seems to also look at the date of a package as well as a version. The Debian testing packages seem to get rebuilt every day at least.
You can click on a repo and then the
details of a deb file to see when it was last rebuilt, such as on this page:

This is the first time I've seen that in 16.04; it's usually stable, unlike testing. I suppose you could lock the version until the next one comes out if you don't want to use the bandwidth.

Thanks for the explanation, Steve. I wasn't concerned about the bandwidth but as this was unseen before behavior to me, I wanted to know why it happened. Granted due to the repo's key issues last year, it raised an eyebrow.

Yes, it seems to be a "feature" of the OBS that I don't have any control over. Automatic rebuilds are pretty nice for some of my other more complex repos where a lot of packages depend on ffmpeg, though, so updating ffmpeg makes sure they all get rebuilt and work correctly.

Updated to Pale Moon 28.4.0. The Ubuntu Next (19.04) i386 build machine machine died with a bunch of kernel oopsies, so I triggered a restart of the build to see if that fixed it. All the rest succeeded.
Edit: the rebuild succeeded.
Ubuntu Trusty 14.04 debs, which require gcc-5 from the toolchain PPA, are done now: (direct links)

It looks like the repo keys were updated again March first, so if you get the message that the repository could not be authenticated, repeat the download and installation of the "Release.key" file in the instructions.

Packages are done building for Debian 8, 9, and testing, and for Ubuntu 16.04, 18.04, 18.10, and 19.04 in the OBS repo. I have them also now providing the virtual gnome-www-browser and www-browser packages in case you have a desktop metapackage that insists on one of those.
Edit: Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty packages, requiring the gcc-5 runtime as usual from the Ubuntu toolchain PPA, are now available:
64-bit
32-bit
Torrent (gets both debs by default)

Ditto. After my previous post, a couple or three hours later, Linux Mint's Update Manager alerted me that the update was available.
This was just a bit weird. Last night, with the exception of xUbuntu_14.04, the status for all the 28.4.1 builds was 'succeeded', yet earlier today, still no availability of 28.4.1 packages to install. idk?
But all seems well now.
