I'm rolling back the release of FossaMail 25.1.4, because it is unusable on new installations - something seriously broke which needs time to investigate.

If you are currently on an upgraded version of FossaMail 25.1.4, it should work and continue to work, but new installations without an existing profile are affected by this issue. If you are currently on 25.1.4 with an existing profile, please feel free to continue using it, there's no requirement to roll back in that case. If you are going to install FossaMail without a pre-existing profile, then you'll have to use 25.1.3. The main changes in the back-end this was an update of are not of pressing need for a mail client, so using a slightly older version is perfectly fine.

We've analyzed the problem and suspicions were confirmed: The issues were caused by Mozilla's telemetry code in the Thunderbird (comm) code of FossaMail, which resulted in things not initializing properly because Pale Moon code has had most of the telemetry calls removed.

I'm currently building a new version of FossaMail with this telemetry code removed in the FossaMail specific code as well to provide a fix for this, which will be released soon (after some testing).
