Classic TB2 updated!

The author of the Classic TB2 theme for FossaMail and Thunderbird has just updated it to be fully compatible with FossaMail 38 and up to Thunderbird 52. So, my initial suggestion to use that if you don't like the Thunderbird default (monochrome/Australified) skin for your mail client, you can do so!
