Not getting updates

I've just realized FM is already at 25.1.7 by accident. I'm still running 25.1.2. The trouble is I never got any update notification since that version. There's no "check for updates" in the about tab.
Have I missed anything (like some settings somewhere), or what's the problem?

You have to manually download and install it.

FossaMail doesn't include an internal updater. You'll have to check yourself for update availability, or follow the FaceBook page, or subscribe to the Announcements board on this forum (go to the board and then click the "Subscribe forum" link at the bottom), or use a third-party tool that keeps you informed

Hello. I'm not sure whether the subscription method Moonchild describes, sends you emails, or is dependent on you being signed in to the form. If it's dependent on you being logged in to the form, it might make more sense to use FossaMail's RSS capability to stay informed about news and announcements, on the assumption that you check your email more often than you sign in to the form. Before reading the above posts, I was using the RSS method with no problems, I just tried subscribing using the other method, to test it and see which one works better for me. I hope this was somewhat helpful.
