"Click next again, and you will be prompted to log in to Google, and then give permission to Lightning to access your calendar on-line."
The login dialog (I'm guessing that's what it is) is blank, no login screen. What now?

Make sure you're not blocking Google assets or access over http(s) from FossaMail. It opens up a web content window for the login procedure.

I'm using Windows 7 firewall & Fossamail has access to both the private & public networks. No difference. Other than the path, the window is blank.
