Just contact the fosshub people! I have no control over the way those downloads are arranged, and if you have trouble downloading they are the only ones who can help.

Why don't you give the correct link here?

Maybe someone else can try to explain this to you, since I don't seem to be able to get through to you.

Once more:
You are in the correct location at the Fosshub page. Fosshub supplies the links. The links point to their CDN (content distribution network) which will pick a download server closest to your location. If your download doesn't work, then the people at Fosshub should be able to help you since they have all the technical details and know how it is set up. The links are verified working.

Well, if I have any problem with a program I just ask to author of that program for help...

Usually, the author try to help me...

It looks some strange if author send me to different service for help...

Why can't you just give me the link to add-on?

There is no direct link to the add-on because it is handled by FossHub. Also, if you were able to download the mail client, then you should also be able to download the extension from the same site.

It's not because I am unwilling to help a user, it is because I cannot help people with specific download issues on a site I do not control. If it was a problem in Pale Moon then I could help, but it is not.

EDIT: I've been in touch with the FossHub staff myself, and they've done extensive tests - concluding that there is no issue on their side and downloads work in all browsers and operating systems they tested from multiple locations around the globe. It must be a problem on your end. I already asked if you are blocking or changing referrers in the browser you're trying to use, which is most likely the issue. Please verify that you are sending proper referrers.

However, you could give me the direct link in previous case...

Also, you have the direct links for the tools on your website...

Why can't you place your add-on there?

And, why FossaMail doesn't have auto update option?

Why should I download whole program to update it?

No, I can't unless I host it myself, which I won't because it'll just be bandwidth-stolen and i have no intention of allowing that.
You can download the file just like all the other 100k users that FossHub has daily.
And, why FossaMail doesn't have auto update option?
Why should I download whole program to update it?
FYI: Downloading an installer is often less of a download than downloading a .mar for auto-update (the installer uses superior compression).
FossaMail has not had enough of a user base so far to warrant setting up an update server and doing the administrative overhead needed for it, especially for generating deltas. On top: the mail client's main reason for being updated will be added features - almost none of the security issues that would warrant automatic updates to be priority ever apply to the mail client. TL;DR: It's too much work and too expensive.

OK.. could you please send me that add-on directly to my e-mail?

Which, as we've determined, is a problem on your end, despite what you may think.

Um. sorry, but we've gone above and beyond normal measures of testing, see above. That's not an opinion - it is on your end. most likely a referrer issue (have you ever checked as I asked what your referrers are set to and if any of them are blocked? If not; why not?)
"PM incoming."
Sorry?
