I wrote a message with attachments and then decided to update it, so I chose 'Edit as new' in ContextMenu of Message Header. I got this:

Dear Webmaster:

I have a Windows 7 x64bit PC with a Realtek integrated hardware.

1] Your site does not show either 32bit or 64bit software properly, so it's confusing.
2] I downloaded software from below and got 32bit software to load on a 64bit PC.

Whereas, I used slimdrivers [www.slimdrivers.com] and got a 64bit setup file directly from you.

Please investigate. A sloppy downloads page costs everyone aggravation, time and money.

Because your attachment, parsed in-line being a txt file, was mostly Chinese, the encoding switched to it.
It's an odd quirk of the code page guessing logic.
