Search Query

So I'm searching for some emails that might have been deleted, but I try a search using "amazon.com", and FossaMail returns five hits that are the exact emails I'm looking for. But when I click on each one, I'm greeted by a screen that is blank, with the name of the path showing up in the folder place holder, i.e., it shows the phrase "amazon.com" in the folder's file 'label', but the page itself is blank.

Any idea where I might find or how I might retrieve these files? And the obvious solution of re-loading my last restore won't work as these files were only retrieved in the last 24 hours and hence not on the last weekly backup. Any suggestions appreciated.
