Working Great
Working Great
I switched from Thunderbird to MailNews x64 and now to FossaMail x64. I have 15 add-ons.
All is working without issues and seems to be the fastest and smoothest of the three to date.
Thanks MC.

Same here, copied over the Thunderbird profile with no issues. Fast, smooth and working great.

Re: Working Great
Add-ons/Get Add-Ons seems pointing to a broken link.

Odd, I thought I had already converted all relevant paths.back2themoon wrote:Add-ons/Get Add-Ons seems pointing to a broken link.
Which link exactly is it?
EDIT: really strange. seems it overrides the branding prefs with predefined global prefs. That's bad.

Re: Working Great
Just open the Add-Ons manager and go to Get Add-ons. The pane will not show up and there's the message "When you're connected to the internet, this pane will feature...".

Re: Working Great
For whatever reason it ignores user-set prefs and branding prefs (overriding the latter with thunderbird "all" prefs).
Seems to be a bug in the load order of preferences files...
Looks like I'll have to set a number of prefs globally.
Thanks for letting me know.
