Migrated TB Profile - Blue/Red dots missing [FIXED]

I migrated my profile fully from TB (once manually and once with the tool). Both times, the dots to show you an add-on is native to Pale Moon is missing. I know it's something within the profile, but I'm not sure. What file (or files) do I need to delete to get it back?
EDIT: Is it compatability.ini?
EDIT2: There must be more than that, probably something in extensions.ini as well.
EDIT3: I replaced my compatability.ini with the one from the default FossaMail profile and changed the extension folders in extensions.ini to point to the FossaMail profile. My blue dots are back.
