I would just like to mention how great v38 is!

I use Sandboxie, which does create issues with other apps periodically. I have it to load Fossa sandboxed and lately it has been taking at least 5 seconds but probably approaching 10. I am happy to say v38 sandboxed loads instantly on x64 Windows 10. Thank you!
