Toolbar icons don't change

Since v27, Right-clicking the Toolbar, choosing Customize, then Show and choosing any of the items in the list makes no change in how the icons appear.

It works fine here. Perhaps you are using a non-compatible theme (Tools/Add-ons/Appearance)? Also, try Safe Mode.

Safe Mode alone didn't do it, but Reset Toolbars did.
