The Palemoon [sic] Update window [Palemoon [sic] is installing your updates and will start in a few moments…] and the Checking Compatibility of Add-ons window are still in English. Is there a future chance of localize them?

This entries are hardcoded, so a simple translation file didn't works if i remember correct.
But if i'm wrong then we need the strings to translate it!

Anything that is "system level" will be English. Safe mode dialog, extension migration, etc. will be in English, because they are executed without the language pack being loaded (necessarily so). They can't be localized.
