What is the language you would like to translate? I'm sure we can find people to help get you started. Be sure and read the Pale Moon localization post and its linked documents to prepare for the translating tasks: https://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=25648

I haven't used Crowdin, but it looks like you would sign up and sign in to the Pale Moon Crowdin project, and you would select "Request New Language" on the right-hand side of the page to get started. And keep this thread running to see if someone comes in here to offer more assistance. I'm going to update your subject line to reflect the language you are wanting to add.
