how are new languages added to Crowdin?

just what the title says. i don't see Toki Pona anywhere.

New languages are added by project admins (i.e. me).
I'm not sure if adding a non-natural language like Toki Pona will be beneficial (and I don't want to end up with more work for a language that will likely go unmaintained). Esperanto has similarly fallen by the wayside.
