Today one of my projects (also on CrowdIn) got the option to download the translation file and preview it live in the game. There is an option to add this to Pale Moon?

No. Crowdin API integration with our source tree simply isn't feasible at the moment. it would take considerable time and work to set that up, in addition to the problem that it's not set up to use different languages except through language packs.
