Here is the next beta build that is targeted to Pale Moon 29. No new strings were added or changed this time. Translators who have made updates can test them using the unstable releases.

I see that that Arabic and Japanese are 100% complete. If the add-ons are not yet available, how can I access that resource?

Unfortunately, until now, no one with sufficient skills has expressed a desire to do the proofreading of the Arabic and Japanese language packs. Therefore, they are currently only available as beta versions, which you can use solely at your own risk.
