Apparently not, due to a move away from Firefox rapid release schedule as from PM 12, please read the explanation here:

But weren't there a number of security fixes that Firefox 13 has that aren't in the Palemoon 12 releases.

trparky: I think you can rest assured, as Moonchild would verify, essential security fixes will be implemented in all future Pale Moon releases.

There were many things, Moonchild might have just provided a list with the main/important ones, but it is possible that he might have placed the other security fixes.

We have some other values about name versions:

1. We don't need to compete against Chrome to beat the number of releases. Moonchild differentiates the real updates from those that are made in rush for be pushed in the montly update. Sadly Mozilla do this trick to send half-backed patches just for show "Hey it's new, DOWNLOAD it now!" while the bugs kept open or half addressed.

2. Some patches are for other versions of Fire Fox (iOs, Linux...) so do not apply here.

3. Some patches are for stuff that is not covered in Pale Moon like the ActiveX, Windows Metro IU 8, Personas... and a lot of "shiny" things that we can install via add-on if we need them.

4. Real changes in code and functionality are around for FireFox 15 so maybe Pale Moon 13 will come when Fire Fox 15 is out. An announcement has been just placed around. http://forum.palemoon.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=987

5. People in the past had bash Pale Moon as "Fire Fox with some compilation flags on and other off" (see Wikipedia article). So maybe this change in the numeration is for show that the goals of Pale Moon are different than the goals of Fire Fox. ;)

See'ya!
