Please try disabling adblockers or other addons that interfere with network requests.
EDIT: the site actually works fine for me.

The site probably needs to update their JWPlayer version -- it's at 6.8, current release is 6.12

Why don't people ever check the error console.. Though I dunno why it errors.. or in this case is a nonfatal warning but...
Timestamp: 6/30/2015 5:48:27 AM
Warning: HTTP "Content-Type" of "binary/octet-stream" is not supported. Load of media resource
http://d21ttteb0rpno6.cloudfront.net/vi ... 1Tklp3.mp4 failed.
Source File:
https://socialcam.com/v/LD1Tklp3?autost ... ng_popular
Line: 0
So the JW HTML5 player and/or the source video sending the binary/octet-stream is causing issues.. Now when directly going to the video... it sends me directly to a download.. so MAYBE it is as simple as Pale Moon strictly adhering to mimetype or some junk like that thus jwplayer wrapping html5 video isn't gonna work anyway.. maybe.. BUT HEY more info is more info

The site with the video in it works for me. It automatically started playing when the site loaded for me. The lady is making some sort of salad (I think) and she is putting something into a mortar and using a pestle to crush it.
I'm using 64 bit linux Pale Moon (25.5.0).
Linux Mint 20.1 (Ulyssa) Xfce 64 Bit with 64 Bit linux Pale Moon

If the mimetype is wrong for where the video is served from, then that would be the problem. Pale Moon doesn't try to "guess" the file type when it is explicitly told it's a certain MIME type. I don't know how JWPlayer is coded, but if it relies on the browser to return the type, then it will fail in this case unless the browser would change the type (Which Firefox may do). Root cause in that case is the socialcam site not serving the correct MIME type, to be fixed by them.

Same here using Pale Moon 25.5.0 Linux, under tahpup 6.0.3 (ubuntu). The video navigation bar is more primitive that most I usually encounter.
Off-topic:However. the address displays strangely in the tab and to the right of the video; some sort of dec / hex characters in box form. Here is a sreen cap of it for clarity;

- socialcam video
Any idea why this occurs? I've only seen this very infrequently over the years, on other browsers. (only recently began using PM, thanks to its' inclusion in tahrpup)

Well, that's just due to not having the proper fonts installed. Installing one of
these packages will fix it.

Looks like the video is served through cloudfront, which might explain different results for different people. If the cloud edge in some regions serves a proper MIME type and not in others, it will play for some but not others.
