Blur and AdBlock are considered Add-ons, or in the case of Modern Firefox and Chrome, they are called "Extensions."
Plugins are like: Flash, Java, Silverlight.

I personally don't recommend Malwarebytes nor SuperAntiSpyware.
I do recommend Emsisoft's Anti-Malware.
You didn't mention an antivirus program, like Avast, Avira, Kaspersky, etc. (Regardless, I'll take your word that your computer is free of viruses.)

I don't have any issues with Outlook, I've covered this before, but here are my Add-ons/Extensions:
Adblock Latitude
BarTab Heavy
Better Privacy
Brief
Click to Play per-element
Download Statusbar
Download Helper
DownThemAll!
FEBE
LastPass
NoScript
Scroll Search Engines
Searchonymous
SmartVideo For YouTube
Scrollbar Search Highlighter
Tab Mix Plus
Tabs Always in Titlebar
Text Area Cache
Webmail Ad Blocker
Wikitionary and Translator
XMarks

Grr! Was trying to type while the phone was ringing and someone was knocking at the door.

Hit submit too quickly.

I have no plug-ins. And just the two extensions I listed: Blur and Adblock.

My antivirus is Trend Micro Premium.

I use MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware because they are free and finances are super tight. I have used them for about 7 years and they haven't missed anything yet, as far as I can tell. Never have had any malware, spyware or virus on either computer. Keeps fingers crossed.

I prefer to use my desktop and only occasionally use the Laptop. So I decided to check this issue on the laptop and have the same we are not going to play nice on the laptop as the desktop. PaleMoon and Outlook and not behaving.

I am downloading the antivirus you use to see if it picks anything up but it's only good for 30 days. If it detects anything I will let you know.

At this point, I've about had it. Five days and Microsoft has yet to reply to posts for help.

I have resorted to using Chrome which I don't prefer because I am lazy and hate going back and forth between two different browser.

I forgot that Emsisoft threw in a forced 30-day trial. I use the free version, it's an option, but it doesn't have on-demand protection. (So, it puts you in a position where if you think you are infected with a virus, update the program and scan the computer.)

Trend Micro is good, I would use their HouseCall when I felt like I was infected. Currently on the free Avast!, which is great for my needs.

Trend MIcro is also in the laptop? Must be the antivirus blocking access to Palemoon on that front.

Not even the Flash plugin?

Emsisoft came up clean as did Trend Micro. It found nothing.

Avast Free is on the laptop.

So that can't be the conflict.

Trend Micro came with the desktop as part of the package deal. 4 years free. Only reason I have the Premium otherwise I would have Avast on it also.

Oh god...my brain is just fried.

Yes I have the Flash Plug-in.

Shall I start that reply/list over. lol.

Please, do provide what your plug-ins are.
As long as you didn't run the "QuickScan" on the Emsisoft, we can forgo a virus being a problem.

The only active plug-in Shockwave Flash. There are 3 others that are set to inactive. Google Update, Photo Gallery and Intel Identity Protection.

The only installed extension are: Blur and AdBlock.
And a installed appearance.

These are the plug-ins and extension I've used since I've installed Pale Moon a few years ago.
Never had a issue between PM and Outlook...just strange.

I didn't run Quick Scan on Emsisoft.

It's proven to have worked, after the reinstallation(During the deep-cleaning).
So, the question is, what was removed that caused this to work?
Could be the OS, but then you wouldn't have a smooth operation, yesterday.

How are you connected to the internet? I use "No Proxy."
Also, the cache is set at 250MB.

It's set to "No Proxy."
And limit cache to 250MB.

So it worked yesterday after the deep clean.
I'm going to do the deep clean one more time and see if it works or if some else shows up.

Will let you know.

UPDATE:
I did a complete uninstall and deep clean, same as yesterday.

These are the two items that the deep clean found and they are the same ones it found yesterday.
H KEY_Class_Root\Local Settings\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Cache\C: Program Files (x86)PaleMoon\palemoon.exe.Friendly
H KEY_Class_Root\Local Settings\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Cache\C: Program Files (x86)PaleMoon\palemoon.exe.ApplicationCompany-MoonchildProductions

And am able to use Outlook.
Seems like they like to play nice as long as they are naked (no extensions, no appearance theme, etc).
As soon as I install a extension or add a appearance theme that is when things go wonky.
I only had the two extension that we spoke about. So it's one of them though I have been using them forever.

Still unable to use Outlook.com with Pale Moon.

Any other suggestions.

I navigated to that Registry and found strings of older versions, that could be what is messing your version up.(I deleted the old ones before taking an image.)

I've ran out of things to try.

Make sure that yours has X86, since I am using the X64 version.

Note: Altering the Registry is risky and is not advised, unless you are sure you know what you are doing. (Follow the instructions and everything will be okay)

Having never even looked in the Registry before I was not sure exactly what I was suppose to be looking for or if I was actually in the right place.

I found two entries of PaleMoon.
They do not state the same information as yours does.
They do no end in .exe. They end in FriendlyAppVersion.

And one that .exe Applicaiton Company that is listed under MoonchildProductiosn.

I looked in the same place in the registry that you did but could be wrong.

Thanks.

According to your location, it seems that you have an extra "Local Settings," unless you accidentally typed it in.

"HKEY_Class_Root\Local Settings\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Cache\C: Program Files (x86)PaleMoon\palemoon.exe.Friendly"
"HKEY_Class_Root\Local Settings\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Cache\C: Program Files (x86)PaleMoon\palemoon.exe.ApplicationCompany-"

Noting that you have "Friendly" and "ApplicationCompany," I didn't see this in my Windows 7 desktop, so I checked my laptop with Windows 8.1.
(I tried my laptop again and it works great with Outlook, no problems)

There is something strange...there is no sign of Palemoon in my Cache folder, in the Registry, in my laptop with Windows 8.1.
Assuming that those entries shouldn't be there, thus delete. (I can't recommend "delete" unless someone else mentions that those entries aren't there on their computers, as well.)

You can clearly disregard this message: I was close to saying, "Restart your OS," because it could be an OS issue.

Edit: At the very least, try this. Uninstall your browser, and do it with Iobit. When everything is done, go to that Cache folder(just that folder) and remove every entry with "Palemoon," then restart the PC and reinstall the browser.
