I've had similar problems with Disqus-powered sites before but I don't remember the exact add-on that caused it. Most likely: Better Privacy or Ghostery.
Just disable one of the above, restart PM and test, rinse and repeat; when you find the offender, there should be a way to work-around it.
(I feel you have too many privacy/security-type add-ons there, it's likely to lead to further problems on a number of sites.)

I agree - Although adblock+ (at least with Easylist) isn't the issue, since that's what I have installed in the browser I tested it with.
Noscript is more likely to cause issues, you may have to allow several external domains on that site for it to work.
Please also note that WOT is rather privacy-hazardous, I don't recommend it.

Yes, it's Ghostery and Disqus being blocked, you can unblock Disqus on the Options. Better Privacy also plays the blocking game.
I have to allow it on FileHippo as well.

Sorry Moonchild, I edited my post (removed the Adblock+/NoScript comment) without realising you were online.
Agreed that it isn't Adblock+ but Disqus.com does need to be allowed (as well Blogspot.com) within NoScript to see the comments. If there are further problems once that is done, then I'd look to Ghostery/Better Privacy.
