No loading bar on YouTube

Hello there!

I have a strange problem, found no solution via searching, hope you guys can help me. I have a freshly reinstalled x64 Win7, with freshly installed, latest drivers, programs, etc. Including Palemoon 8.0. When I watch YouTube videos, the grey loading bar doesn't appear, even when I pause the video. I can still play the video with no problem. When I change the quality, YouTube shows it's loading the higher quality, but nothing happens, the video continues on the same quality, until I click somewhere on the bar. This happens even when I click on full screen (I checked to play videos in 720p if possible when I watch it full screen).

- Reinstalled Palemoon
- Reinstalled Flash Player
- access for plugin-container.exe
- Out of ideas

It happens a lot for me as well, then again I open many tabs with videos.

The reason is simple, out the many tabs, some don't resize to the 480p resolution, some don't show the bar, and some mislead showing that the bar is full but it's not (could be a failed download). So, it's actually normal and rare, blame the YouTube team for their Beta testing.
