Operating system: Windows 7
Hi. It's been a long time since I last used Pale Moon so I haven't kept up-to-date with all the changes.
I need to install Pale Moon on a Windows 7 computer until I can find an affordable hard drive. I intended to install Linux and then couldn't get my hands on a hard drive or SSD.
The computer currently has Pale Moon 33.2.1 64-bit. But looking at the latest versions, it looks like the PC requirements are AVX. Since my CPU doesn't support AVX, does that mean I need to install the 32-bit version? I got confused when I was looking in the archives and saw what appeared to be a 64 bit SSE2 version for Pale Moon 33.9.1.
I see palemoon-34.3.0.1.win64-sse2.installer.exe but it looks like that's an unofficial/3rd party build? I'm not sure how I feel about that from a safety standpoint. Which version is best and safest to install?
Unsure which version to install for non AVX Windows 7

You should be okay installing either the 32-Bit version or the SSE2 version, although you might run into some storage limitations with the 32-Bit version. While the SSE2 version is a 3rd party build, it should be safe to use and work the same as the AVX build.

The SSE2 builds are contributed by Pale Moon developer Nuck-TH, a long-time contributor here who has made AVX, AVX2, and SSE2 builds available for Pale Moon users for many years now. These builds are on the contributed builds page, which states "The following list is a list of endorsed third party builds of Pale Moon", and warns users not to use builds that are not on that list.
