I just had a difficult time trying to log in to Social Security (ssa.gov using secure.login.gov). It seems that secure.login.gov has implemented reCaptcha and denied me, after entering the login info. I set up a new profile and was able to login, so I began checking settings in my regular profile. It turned out to be my popup blocking setting. I entered secure.login.gov in to the exception list and was able to continue.
I searched the preferences and couldn't find where to have PM tell me that a popup had been blocked. It would have given me a clue. Is there an about:config I can toggle, to tell PM, to tell me, that a popup has been blocked? I have this feature enabled in FX and it has come in handy.

Re: Popup Warning PM 34.3.1
I always get a yellow warning bar under the tabs/URL (depending on the set up you have), which gives me the options to allow pop-up for site X, edit pop-up preferences, don't show this pop-up message ever again (which I guess is the option you've enabled at some time), and show pop-up this time. Not sure where to enable the warning again if disabled though.

"privacy.popups.showBrowserMessage" and/or "browser.popups.showPopupBlocker"?

Re: Popup Warning PM 34.3.1
Both values are set to True. It's kinda strange behavior, though. When I login (now that I have the exception), no popup is presented. It just goes on with the login procedure.RealityRipple wrote: ↑2026-07-23, 05:39"privacy.popups.showBrowserMessage" and/or "browser.popups.showPopupBlocker"?
