Yes, I restarted Pale Moon after making the change in pref.
I've done a new test. I'm posting screenshots below - taken sequentially over time - which show that after making the change in pref and closing Pale Moon, it no longer appears in Windows Task Manager / Processes (sorted alphabetically). I also cleared the History and Cache before closing Pale Moon.

Telu (with a single L) was the name of the dog of one of my grandparents - when I was just a little boy.
He was a white dog of large size and very friendly.
