Creating Settings Clone Profile

Hello:

I am interested in creating a clone of my profile --- but only when it comes to settings.
I.E. I do not want a profile that has the same bookmarks nor the same add-ons --- I want only the settings cloned (and if possible the toolbar buttons customization).

Is there a way to do this without going through each setting individually and manually re-setting it?

Backup prefs.js from the root directory of your profile, preferably while Pale Moon isn't running.
