I have issues with websites in Hebrew, as they seem to be distorted / fuzzy / blurry. Some sites work in perfect font while others don't.

Looks like OP's system is not using ClearType; small truetype fonts can, in that case, become "greek" more quickly and dropping pixels.
I suggest enabling ClearType in your system settings for better font clarity system-wide (subpixel antialiasing is strongly recommended to be used on current monitor technologies anyway).

Or you can try to block remote fonts with uBlock Origin... It's not Hebrew-specific problem, many downloadable fonts require some kind of anti-aliasing.

That might actually prevent hebrew from being displayed completely (depending on what the fallback font is/how it's configured by the website).
