Donation Trouble

Unread post by PlebbyMoon » 2025-02-27, 22:51

I recently tried to make a donation to PaleMoon by purchasing one of those coins. I had a lot of troubles with paypal not wanting to complete the transaction, but giving no error. I contacted my bank, and they said they were blocking the purchase due to a scam flag. They said they cleared the way to make it happen anyway, but I wanted to know :

Firstly, are they no longer available? Is that the problem? Should i just make a plain donation?
Secondly, is there a known problem with ko-fi not working? I've never bought ko-fi s before.
or Thirdly, does Pale Moon even actually accept donations, or am I being manipulated somehow? (a real scam)

Thanks for your consideration. I like the browser, and would like to continue using it.

There is no issue with Ko-Fi. The coins are still available, and yes, it is real and not a scam - I'm not sure why your bank would flag it as such.

They look great.

Alright, well, I just tried again and there were no problems. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if the invisible machinations do their thing.

If I were to donate, probably just donate directly.

I love that this web browser has been so stable and uneventful.

Thank you Moonchild. I appreciate it.

I will check to see what i can give.
