How do I unlock Pale Moon?

How do I get PM back to work when it is locked? I had installed the latest version of PM yesterday, a few hours before this happened. All seemed well at that time. I was watching YouTube videos, and when I clicked on the next video, a message came up asking me to sign in. Since I do not have a YT account, I tried to back out, but PM was stuck. I cannot do anything on PM – Exit, Restart, New Tab, Close Tab, etc – except Clear History, which I did.

This is just PM, not the laptop itself. Firefox is also on this laptop, and I tried opening the YT video there. Got the same sign in message and was able to close the tab. FF continues to work well. But PM is my default browser, where all my important info is.

So, what do I need to do to get PM back up and running without losing my info?

Operating system: Win10 Pro
Browser version: Latest (can’t access it in the browser menu)
32-bit or 64-bit?: 64 bit
Problem URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAbdQnCb9cc (don’t think this is the problem)
Installed add-ons: This won’t come up either, but I do have uBlock Origin and Adblock
Latitude installed and, I believe, Tab Mix Plus as well, nothing new
Installed plugins: None

Can you try using the task manager to stop the program?
The History->Restore Previous Session menu entry should bring back what you were doing before the hang.

Thanks for your response, vannilla. I did get PM unlocked by clicking on the red X on the PM icon on my Task Bar. Clicked on the PM icon on my desktop and PM came up with all my info. All seems good again.
