YouTube videos don't work; quits after 2 seconds

Post by mufaa » 2011-11-22, 19:00

Hi,

New Pale Moon user here. Really like the speed on the browser.

I have noticed that YouTube videos do not work with the browser. The video starts and either of the scenario happens, a) it plays for 2 seconds and then the player says "an error has occurred", b)it plays for a 1min or less then just quits right till the end.

That's it. I hope there is a fix. I would like to use this!

Most of the video playback (Flash plugin) problems that occur are due to the plugin container (plugin-container.exe) either not having access to the internet (for both incoming and outgoing traffic) or the browser or plugin container being "sandboxed" or "quarantined" by security software. Please double-check that this is not the case.

Since I've being looking at internal and external hard drive info, I've watched a lot of YouTube videos using Pale Moon. Started with Pale Moon versions 4, 5, 6, 7 and now with Pale Moon 8.
