Palemoon exits without warning or error messages

Operating system: win 10x64 pro
Browser version: 32.5.0
32-bit or 64-bit browser?: 32 bit
Problem URL: unknown
Browser theme (if not default): theme tweaker lightweighttheme
Installed add-ons: extensions: classic toolbar buttons 1.4.2 , Theme Tweaker 1.0.0
Installed plugins: (about:plugins): Silverlight Plug-In (disabled)
Java(TM) Platform SE 8 U391 (disabled)
Java Deployment Toolkit 8.0.3910.13 (disabled)
npIPCReg DLL

If possible, please include the output of help->troubleshooting information (as text):

I have palemoon installed on several different computers, I cannot remember what version this problem started but it's a few versions back i think.

Palemoon will exit randomly and I don't know why, happens when refreshing a site and it could be any site. Let me know what other info i need to post and thanks in advance for the help/replies.

Still happening on 32.5.1.

I took a look but this has happened to me before 32.5.0.

There were a couple of topics on this subject from before but I don't think they were resolved.

The above statement may imply that this happens across multiple machines, if this is the case it's most likely that some add-on/options/3rd-party software combination is at fault for this.

Look at Windows Event Viewer, there may be additional information about the appcrash event.

Pale Moon is well optimized (in my opinion) but maybe the reason lies in RAM usage (that's what came to my mind) How much memory do you have?

Hi i have several computers running palemoon browser 33.0.0 32 bit.

One computer has 4gb ram another 8gb ram and another 32 gb ram.

Palemoon just exits without any notification on any of these computers no matter how many tabs are open at any point in time.

Hello,32-bit systems support a maximum of 4 GB RAM. If you have a 64 bit system (if you have a computer with 32 GB Ram I think it is 64 bit) install Pale Moon 64 bit and check if the problem occurs

Hello,32-bit systems support a maximum of 4 GB RAM. If you have a 64 bit system (if you have a computer with 32 GB Ram I think it is 64 bit) install Pale Moon 64 bit and check if the problem occurs

Right, but I have been using 32 bit because I had certain plugins that are probably only compatible with 32bit. I don't regularly use them and they are at "ask to activate" but I don't think that is the problem.

Somebody posted a topic awhile back with same issue and it was an older palemoon version. I had not posted then though thinking it would be fixed in a later version but apparently not.

As i mentioned before palemoon has this problem with a lot of tabs open or just one or two.

I have silverlight plug-in disabled. Is that enough to prevent the issue? Or do I have to manually remove the plugin?

Uninstall these plugins, see if the problem persists and if not, install them one by one and see if the problem returns. When it returns, uninstall the specific plugin permanently.

I uninstalled all plugins and it just crashed/exited today again. So I guess it's not plugins fault.

Maybe the antivirus is blocking Pale Moon.

There aren't any notifications from my firewall or antivirus-using norton 360.

Since the crashes/exiting happens randomly as well.
